Negi-goma Tonkotsu Ramen

Negi-goma Tonkotsu Ramen/$11.45

Review

The “Best Ramen in Kyushu” (voted by ramen lovers in Japan) has landed in Kits! Originally started in Fukuoka, the initial excitement amongs our Fukuoka-Vancouverite staff was insane! The ramen is simple: thin noodles and creamy pork broth soup. The Negi-Goma Tonkotsu has twice the amount of shredded green onions and sesami than the regular. You can add eggs and seaweed as an option too.Other Fukuoka delights available includes Mentaiko Rice, which uses Mentaiko (cod roe), the ‘Soul Food’ of the Fukuoka people. Just entering Danbo makes me feel at home.
