A well-known ramen restaurant in Japan, Konjiki Ramen is located near North York Centre. It opened in 2017 and this Toronto location is the first international restaurant for them.
This restaurant has chosen “Best Ramen Restaurant in Japan” twice by a popular Japanese magazine. Besides, it was on Michelin Guide for 3 years in a continuous.
The restaurant is well-known for their Clam based soup. I ordered Shoyu and Shio ramen there. My first impression for the ramen was "Art" because of the beautiful looks. When I had the soup, I definitely noticed the clam's flavour and drank all of the soup. If you want to go to the place, you must try their signature clam broth ramen which are Shoyu and Shio.
