(Gyokai Tonkotsu Shoyu Ramen)
(Shio Tonkotsu Ramen)
One of Toronto’s popular ramen restaurant called Ramen Raijin is located on Wellesley street.
Its signature ramen soups are Tonkotsu soup (pork based soup) and clear Torigara soup (chicken based soup) and you can enjoy a range of ramen.
The restaurant is really spacious, which was relaxing to eat ramen. I ordered Gyokai Tonkotsu Shoyu Ramen and the rich soup was more creamy than I expected. Moreover, the cha-shu was so tender. I didn't need to chew it much. I also tried some desserts and my favourite was definitely Hojicha Pudding.
